  6. Anyone else a little wigged out that a two year old now dragon is falling for a much older human? Timeline wise I feel weird about it, now give her another 10 years and at least by human standards puberty could have hit.
    I keep applying to much logic into my expectations for this book 😂🤦‍♀️

  9. I’m gonna say it, I don’t like this ship at all. She’s one of my favorite FL’s companions so I don’t want them separated, also She’s still a baby.

  11. If you just look at the age from a human perspective it’s weird, but in the end a lot of maturity for spirit beasts comes from cultivation and not necessarily age. Could be I’m just making excuses for myself, but I’m personally happy that there’s another side character ship. Lets hope for even more ships in the future 😛
    Also I wouldn’t really say that they are in love or anything now, but it’s probably just a crush at most.

The last time Bing Ji advanced to Tier 10 Demonic Beast (Divine Beast) and purified his Ice Luan bloodline, LMY and all of her spirit pets could help him bore parts of the tribulation thunder because “the Contract of Equals made them share the same breath”. Since the rule doesn’t apply to Miao Miao this time and she shares “the same breath” as LMT instead, 👀👀👀 I think the author planning something serious here….

  13. Like everyone else said. Not only is she only 2 years old and don’t want her to be separated from the FL, but Miao Miao’s human form is still in the form of a 4 or 5 year old child. If our FL’s brother really fell in love her now then that’s make him a pedo. No matter what anyone says. If her human form at least took the form of an adult woman despite her age although I still can’t accept it but it’s not that bad. Not even mentioning the fact that our FL treats Miao Miao like her own daughter and was the one who raised her. So now imagining her own daughter getting together with her brother… anyone else feel this way?

    I just absolutely can not accept them being together. Although even if they do I won’t drop the book but still it’ll be annoying to read whenever it mentions them being together in the future.

  14. Actually it isn’t so weird relationship-wise, if you take the ancient Asian civilization as an example. First of all, we shouldn’t judge the other world’s or in this case, a cultivation story with our standards. Second of all, in ancient Asian history, there were many precedences where a girl(only 15 or 9 or even just born) would marry someone much much older(yes, even 40yrs old is possible, it still happens in some remote villages and it mostly happened in to secure connections and get benefits. Basically parents sold their daughters.) And there would be some who would marry their uncles from their mother’s side, or marry their direct cousin or even some half-siblings would end up marrying each other. There were also precedences of people(who were crooked) be infatuated with their own parents of opposite sexes, respectively.
    So, ultimately we basically have no right to judge here, because our own world is outright messed up 🙃😓
    Not to mention, in today’s generation, there still many people like this, and there are also the cases of step sibling’s(🙂🔫)

  15. And ultimately, the ideas for most historical novels comes from our history, so i don’t know why people still judge. After all even if we’re modified by the modern standards, we still studied history right? And since we searched for historical novels, then there should be no such shock. Also this is a cultivation novel, where people could live for millions of years. For them, this bit of age difference is really nothing. (Eg. Mo Yan being centuries or even thousands of years old, and on the presumption that he doesn’t know that Mu Yan is mentally a thousand year old, then him liking her, a 17-18yro, is really 🙂) Moreover, Mu Ting doesn’t seem to like Miao Miao like that rn, and only Miao Miao having an inexplicable feeling, is mention.
